Ongoing IT Oversight

An independent advocate in the room, every quarter — so the accountability does not lapse.

The reality

A review is a snapshot. Provider behaviour tends to drift back once the report is filed. Ongoing oversight keeps the standards in place with a regular, low-effort rhythm that most small businesses simply do not have the time to maintain themselves.

Our approach

We act as your outsourced IT manager on the client side — reviewing invoices, checking service levels, sitting in on provider meetings and making sure decisions are made with the business's interests first. You keep your provider. You gain an independent voice.

What's included
01

Quarterly Business Reviews

A structured conversation with your provider, every quarter, against agreed measures. What was delivered, what was missed, what is coming up and what it will cost. We prepare the agenda and hold the follow-up.

02

Invoice Validation Every Month

We check each invoice against the agreement before you pay it. New charges, scope creep, duplicated services and out-of-contract rates get flagged while they are still small.

03

SLA Scorecard Review

The monthly scorecard is reviewed with you regularly, so trends are visible and issues are addressed before they become a reason to change providers.

04

Project Oversight

When your provider proposes a project, we sanity-check the scope, the price and the necessity. You get an independent view before committing budget, not after.

05

Annual Re-Benchmarking

Markets move. What was competitive three years ago may not be now. We re-benchmark annually so renewals are negotiated from current information rather than historical pricing.
